Your team is doing manually what a machine should be doing automatically.
01
Repetitive tasks eating your team’s time
Lead routing, follow-up emails, data entry, invoice reminders, onboarding steps — your team is executing the same sequences manually every day. That time compounds into weeks of wasted capacity every year.
02
Things falling through the cracks
Without automation, the speed and consistency of your processes depends entirely on whoever does them. People get busy, tasks get skipped, leads go cold, and clients feel the gaps — even when your team is trying their hardest.
03
Tools that don’t talk to each other
Your CRM, email platform, accounting software, and project management tool are all siloed. Data lives in multiple places, nothing syncs automatically, and your team wastes time copy-pasting between systems.
Every manual process your team runs is a process that could be failing silently — and a cost you’re paying every single month.
How we fix it
Custom automations built around how your business actually works.
We map your existing workflows, identify what should be automated, and build the connections between your tools — so the right things happen at the right time without anyone having to remember to do them.
We work across platforms including Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, HubSpot, Attio, ClickUp, and more. Every automation is documented, tested, and monitored so nothing breaks silently.
What’s included at every tier

- Testing & QA — every flow tested before going live

Frequently asked questions
Managed Automations — Common Questions Answered
What platforms and tools do you work with?
We work across the most widely used business tools — including Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, Attio, ClickUp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Xero, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, and more. If you’re using a tool we haven’t listed, ask us — the answer is almost always yes.
What’s a “flow” and what counts as one?
A flow is a single automated sequence triggered by a specific event — for example, “when a new lead is added to Attio, send a welcome email, create a ClickUp task, and notify the sales rep in Slack.” Each distinct trigger-action chain counts as one flow. Complex multi-step flows within a single trigger are still counted as one.
What happens if an automation breaks?
At the Growth and Scale tiers, we have active monitoring in place that alerts us when a flow fails — often before you notice anything is wrong. We investigate and fix broken automations as part of the ongoing retainer. At the Starter tier, we do monthly checks and fix issues at the next review cycle.
Do I need to know how to code or use automation tools?
Not at all. We handle the entire build — strategy, setup, testing, and ongoing management. Your job is to tell us what your team does manually and what the ideal outcome looks like. We design the solution and build it for you. Every automation is also documented in plain English so anyone on your team can understand what’s running.
Can you automate our client onboarding process?
Yes — client onboarding is one of the highest-value automation opportunities for most SMEs. A well-built onboarding flow can trigger welcome emails, create project tasks, assign team members, send intake forms, schedule kickoff calls, and update your CRM — all automatically the moment a deal is marked as won. This alone saves hours per new client and dramatically improves the first impression you make.
How does automation work alongside CRM consulting?
They’re most powerful together. Your CRM is the data backbone — it stores every contact, deal, and interaction. Automations are what make that data act: triggering tasks, sending messages, routing leads, and keeping your pipeline moving without manual input. When we build both together, the result is a fully connected sales and operations system that runs itself.
