What’s the difference between a fractional CMO and a marketing agency?

How many hours per month does a fractional CMO engagement involve?

It varies by tier, but we work on an outcomes basis rather than an hours basis. You’re not paying for time — you’re paying for results. At the Foundations tier, expect roughly 20–30 hours per month. Growth Partner and Scale engagements involve significantly more time and depth of involvement.

We already have marketing staff — does that cause a conflict?

Not at all. We work well alongside existing marketing coordinators, content creators, or in-house staff. In most cases we end up giving your existing team much clearer direction, better priorities, and stronger results. We lead the strategy — your team executes within it.

How long until we see results?
